Jeff GuleserianJeff Guleserian, Ph.D.

Jeff received his doctorate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has over twenty years of teaching and educational administration experience in school environments that range from elementary to postgraduate (masters) level. "Dr. G." came to Cornerstone in the spring of 2008. As a Headmaster, he is charged with the daily operations of the school and the overseeing of all CCA programs.

shansonSandy Hanson, M.Ed.

Sandy served 18 years in public education prior to joining CCA as principal in 2009. Her professional background includes teaching Junior High and High School for several years. After receiving her masters degree in education, Sandy served as an administrator and provided classroom management workshops to teachers and administrators for the Region 10 Education Service Center. She has co-authored 7 publications for teachers pertaining to classroom management. Sandy has been a passionate advocate for the university model system since enrolling her own two boys as CCA in 2005.

Dr. Eppy Thern

Eppy Thern has been at CCA since 2005. She has fulfilled numerous roles at the school including teacher, department chair and her current position as an administrator. As the Director of Finance and Program Support, she oversees the finances and registration as well as acts as academic counselor. Eppy is married and lives in McKinney with their 3 children, two of whom attend CCA. Her educational background is a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Chiropratic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Sean Hanlon

Sean has a B.A. in public relations from the University of North Texas. He has a long history of high school and college sports. At present, he is serving as a Senior High Youth Director for Wylie Northeast Church, where he has been mentoring teens since 1999. He is currently working on his certification in the fundamentals of coaching and working on his accreditation as an athletic director through the National Federation of State High Schools. The NFHS is recognized by the National Council for accreditation of Coaching Education.

Dana GuleserianDana Guleserian

Dana comes to CCA with a strong background in office management and much experience in University Model Schooling. Her love for students makes her a favorite, especially among the elementary grades. Not only does she keep the school organized and informed, but she acts as the CCA event planner as well. She has four children, all of whom are CCA students. She has been with the school for two years.

Kimberly Rippentrop

Kimberly is a native Texas who grew up in the Collin County area. She received her education from Collin College in Computer Aided Drafting and Design with a focus on Interior Design. Before becoming a mom she enjoyed a successful career as a contract Space Planner/Facilities Coordinator for companies like Nortel, Lockheed Martin and MBNA. She also spent several years as a commercial interior designer in North Texas and Oklahoma. She is proud to be a CCA mom!

doug hagedornDoug Hagedorn (Chairman) and his wife Dana established CCA in 2002 along with Scott and Karin Campbell. Doug earned his MBA from University of Dallas and BA from Michigan State University.  He authored Ease the Squeeze, taught financial seminars and served as an adjunct professor for LeTourneau University.  He is Director of Business Operations at Raytheon in McKinney, TX. Doug has also served on a number of church and non-profit ministry boards. He and his wife Dana are blessed with 3 children and reside in Fairview, Texas.

Hugh Porfirio was born in Angola, Africa, and raised in California for the majority of his life, until he, and his family were called to Dallas, Texas in 2005. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Kinesiology and teaching credential from Long Beach State University. He taught   middle school education for 2 years, primarily working with the “at risk students” at El Cerrito Middle School, in Corona California.

Since moving to the Dallas area, Hugh has been working in the real estate industry, working mainly in the New Home Markets. Hugh and his wife Stacy are blessed to have 4 children: Liliana, Leila, Elijah, and Elaina.  They currently live in McKinney, Texas. Hugh and his family are passionate about the young generation the Lord is raising up today, and believe that God is in the process of changing the understanding and expression of Christianity in the earth in one generation.
