  • jeffJeff Guleserian, PhD., Headmaster

    Jeff Guleserian, Ph.D. Jeff received his doctorate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has over twenty-five years of teaching and educational administration experience in school environments that range from elementary to postgraduate (masters) level. "Dr. G." came to Cornerstone in the spring of 2008. As a Headmaster, he is charged with the daily operations of the school and the overseeing of all CCA programs.

  • Sandy Hanson, M.Ed., PrincipalSandy

    Sandy received her master’s degree in education from the University of North Texas.  She served 18 years in public education prior to joining Cornerstone as principal in 2008. Her professional background includes roles as teacher, special educator, and administrator. Sandy has been a passionate advocate for the University Model system since enrolling her own boys at CCA in 2005. As principal, she oversees the academic programs at CCA.

     DSC0629Mr. Tony Farmer, Assistant Principal

    Tony Farmer joins CCA with 32 years of experience in public education. He served as a classroom teacher in Oklahoma and Texas for a total of 19 years and has been a high school campus administrator for the past 13 years. He received his Master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas State University and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from East Central University in Oklahoma. He and his wife Rosalie have one child, Marissa, who attends CCA.  He is serving the students and parents of CCA as the assistant principal and will work alongside Dr. G and Mrs. Hanson to make Cornerstone the greatest place possible for students to become disciples for Christ.

  • Aaron Davis, Business ManagerAaron

    Aaron has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Education.   Aaron has served as Business Manager for the school since August 2011.  Aaron and his wife Amy have three children, all who attend CCA.  His responsibilities include managing the school's finances as well as managing the CCA facilities.

    SusanSusan Jump, Registrar

    Susan is a long time resident of McKinney. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in Florida, in 1991. After working as a practicing attorney for several years, she decided to dedicate her time to her family. As a busy mother of four, she has enjoyed volunteering at her church, her children’s schools, and in the community. Susan and her husband, Greg, have been married for 25 years. They have three high school students who currently attend CCA, and their oldest daughter recently received her graduate degree from Florida State University.

    Dotti Regier, Director of Admissions
    Dotti graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a B.S in Christian Women’s Ministry and a Minor in Music.  After having children she became a substitute and later had the opportunity to work full time in the private school setting.  Dotti and her busband Brian have 3 boys and have been married for 15 years.  She is the Director of Admissions at CCA and enjoys meeting and helping our new families to walk through the admissions process and become part of the CCA family.

  • SeanSean Hanlon, Athletic Director

    Sean has a B.A. in public relations from the University of North Texas. He has a long history of high school and college sports. At present, he is serving as a member of the Praise Team for Wylie Northeast Church. He also served as both a Youth and Men's Minister for 15 years combined. Through the Nation Federation of High School Sports, he is an Accredited Interscholastic Coach, completing courses in Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, Coaching Football, as well as First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches. He is working towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine. He is married to Kristel, his wife of 20 years, and they have 2 children together, both of whom are current CCA students.

  • Dana Guleserian, Office AdministratorDana

    Dana comes to CCA with a strong background in office management and extensive experience in University Model Schooling.  She not only keeps the school organized and informed, but she leads the office's support staff as well.  Dana has four children, all of whom have graduated from CCA. She has been with the school since 2009.

    HopeHope Wilson, MWF Lower Campus Office Assistant

    Hope has a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from The University of North Texas.  God spared her life from a serious car accident that she had in High School.  She and her husband met at Physical Therapy and have been married for 19 years.  They have two sons that attend CCA.  She feels blessed to be a part of the CCA family.

  • LisaLisa Morgan, Ed. D., Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Special Programs

    Lisa Morgan has bachelor’s degrees both in Communications and Elementary Education. Her teaching certification includes grades 1st-8th, with a specialization in Reading. Lisa also has a Master’s and Doctorate in Educational Administration. She is a licensed educational diagnostician and also a certified Dyslexia Therapist.  While her background is in both public and private schools, she is grateful to have a permanent home at Conerstone for both herself and her family. Lisa has been married to her husband Charlie for 20 years,  and together, they have two boys, Jackie and Daniel.

  • Doug Hagedorn (Chairman) and his wife Dana helped establish CCA in 2002. Doug earned his MBA from University of Dallas, BA from Michigan State University and is pursuing his PhD from Dallas Baptist University. He authored A Lasting Legacy and For Such A Time as This: The Heritage and Heartbeat of Cornerstone Christian Academy.  He also speaks in churches and to men's ministries and served as a professor for LeTourneau University. He is Supply Chain Director at Raytheon in McKinney, TX. Doug has also served on a number of church and non-profit ministry boards. He and his wife Dana are blessed with 3 children and reside in McKinney, Texas.

    Casey Crawford was raised in Denison, Texas. He attended The University of North Texas and obtained a B.B.A. in Strategic Management with a minor in Business ComputerInformation Systems.  Casey is also a six sigma black belt in quality control/management and certified project management professional.  He has held executive leadership positions in healthcare as well as technology industries.  Casey is currently employed by Dell as the Director of Dell Data Protection Client Services and Support.  He has also served on the Board of Directors for a healthcare upstart as well as the director of youth baseball in Prosper.  Casey has been married for 22 years to his wife Amy and they have two children, Cooper and Hannah and reside in Propser, Texas. 

    Jorge Diaz de Leon was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico.  He moved to the U.S. to attend a university and then married his college sweetheart, Julie, in 1991. They returned to Mexico and then Costa Rica to serve in the church ministry for several years.  They moved to the U.S. in 1996. Jorge obtained his MBA in 2005. He works in the accounting field.  He enjoys serving in his church and community. Jorge and Julie are blessed with two children - David and Jessica.  They have been part of the CCA family since 2007 and love the extra family time provided by the university model school system.  Jorge believes that parents’ most important mission in life is to educate their children in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ our savior.

    Kevin Martens was born and raised in the Vancouver area of Canada.  He met his wife Lucinda while they were both studying at Azusa Pacific University in California.  After earning his B.A. in Biochemisty, he attended Loma Linda Univerisity and received his Medical Doctorate.  He currently works at the Medical Center of McKinney in the Emergency Department.  Kevin serves on his company‘s Medical Board and is the Associate Medical Director at MCM.   Kevin and Lucinda have have been blessed with 3 children, Emma, Adrian, and Elise and have been attending CCA since 2009.  The University Model has allowed them the time and involvement in their childrens education that they always desired.   They currently live in Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney.
